When in taiwan, eat all bark noodles. so excited to try this place as it was recommended by so many natives and loved by many natives. for a party of 8 we were.
The contaminated medium肉 (Yong-Kang beef noodle) is a classic and one has to visit taipei. they have been selling Taiwanese bark soup for almost 60 years.
Long line, but are not intimidated because it goes relatiw fast, as most small parties share larger tables. waited about 15 minutes for 3 people.
