I am Austrian by birth and live in Australia. I visited Alt Heidelberg in October 2016. The food was excellent, the service was quick and drink was served first...that's how we like it. The Service girls lacked on English and did not understand one word of German. The owner seemed not very interested in customers and was listening (loud) to German news on the internet.
