Hēi Cháo Yī Fān Guǎn - 黒潮町

The katsuo tataki set meal and katsuo bocci set meal (katsuo dumplings and katsuo tataki) were both delicious. The katsuo tataki was thickly sliced and sprinkled with sea salt, which paired perfectly. The katsuo dumplings came in three flavors - plain, ginger, and garlic - and surprisingly had a meaty texture despite containing katsuo. They were light and easy to eat without leaving a heavy feeling in the mouth. Since it was fish, I enjoyed it guilt-free.

Delicious! I have tried bonito tataki in Shimanto City, Tosashimizu, and Kochi City, but the bonito tataki at this restaurant is the most delicious. There is no unpleasant smell, and even though I usually eat rice with meat, I was able to eat rice with bonito. Even though I usually dislike the smell of fish, I did not sense any odor at all, so I think it would be suitable for anyone.

The katsuo I had in Kochi City was definitely more delicious than expected. The sashimi and tataki were both thick and delicious! The gyoza with katsuo was light and tasty too!

カツオのたたき わら焼き とカツオ餃子 ショウガ のセットをいただきました 雰囲気は町の食堂のような感じですが、 店員のおばちゃんも愛想良くてとっても可愛らしいおばあちゃん 方言と笑顔が愛くるしい人柄です 朝戻りのカツオなので新鮮で血生臭さは無く 注文が来てから焼いているのか 提供に時間はかかりますが本当に美味しくて 焼いた匂いが香ばしかて美味しかった 急いでいる方にはお勧めできませんが 食材には地産地消にこだわっているので 観光には最適なお店だと思います
