Delicious!! I often go there. I usually order the set meal (especially the ginger pork set meal), and always order the cheese pizza. The thin crust is crispy and very tasty. There doesn't seem to be Chinese food... but they have everything else like seafood, steak, soba... it all has a nostalgic Showa era flavor. View all feedback.
This restaurant has a traditional old-fashioned Western atmosphere. The food is delicious. Despite having a large floor space, they manage to operate with only a few staff members, which always impresses me. They seem able to accommodate various needs, from takeout to parties.
I went for lunch and had the grilled pork set meal. The layout was comfortable for dining alone, and I immediately felt at ease when I sat down! The friendly owner served the dish with a cheerful "Thank you for waiting!" and it was refreshing. The sizzling iron plate with stir-fried vegetables topped with grilled pork, with the egg yolk slightly runny, reminded me of the flavor of grilled pork from Towada. The well-seasoned stir-fried vegetables with a kick of black pepper perfectly complemented the grilled pork, making it very delicious. It felt like discovering a new type of grilled pork. The miso soup was perfectly salty and paired well with the flavorful grilled pork. The pickled turnip was also well-marinated, and the combination was superb. The amount of rice was just right, making it a very satisfying lunch! The menu includes a wide range of options such as tempura and soba set, seafood bowl set, Napolitan... catering to the preferences of many people. Next time I visit, I would like to try the conger eel tempura bowl. The picture of the conger eel sticking out of the bowl caught my interest. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the vibe of the staff, the menu, and the taste all gave me a sense of nostalgia.
