I heard that winter is the best time to enjoy eel. At Koryu, they cook the eel from the tank only after you place your order, so you can confidently order it even in winter.

The sauce is a savory and strong teriyaki sauce. Delicious. They also provide extra sauce for takeout, so you can enjoy another bowl of rice with just the remaining sauce. Truly delicious and worthy of its long-standing reputation.
