Tián Kāo Shòu Sī - 宇土市

This is my second visit. Just like last time, I ordered the simmered fish head set meal. It comes with simmered fish head, rice, miso soup, pickles, two side dishes, chawanmushi, and dessert. The presentation is meticulous and beautiful. The miso-simmered mackerel also had a well-balanced flavor that highlighted the taste of the fish. The first time I came, I was a bit confused about the parking, but this time it was okay. This time, I felt the saltiness a bit stronger than last time, but it was still delicious.´꒳`

Located near Uto Civic Hall, "Shokubou Tajiri" is a restaurant that I visited during lunchtime. The interior is clean and has a calm atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to dine. The set menu mainly consists of fried dishes, but I decided to order the non-fried "Mackerel Miso Stew Set." I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of side dishes, including potato salad instead of a regular salad. The tender mackerel was infused with just the right amount of miso flavor, creating a subtly sweet and elegant taste. While I usually prefer a stronger miso flavor, I felt that a little more would have enhanced the dish even further. The seasoning of the simmered side dish was light, bordering on being too refined. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) had a touch of Western influence with a rich cheese flavor, resulting in a creamy texture that differed from traditional chawanmushi. Uto City truly offers a diverse range of dining options. Thank you for the delicious meal.

子供連れで伺いました 一品一品とても手がこんでいる事が分かります お値段もお安く、お昼はデザートまで付いてきます。私見ですが、お子様プレートが、手がこんでるお店は100%美味しいお店だと思います ;

初めて食事した時は、毎日がつらくて仕方ない時期でした。 でも、田尻さんの白身魚のフライを食べた瞬間に、サクサク感と味に感動して、こんなにも無条件に幸せになれることがあるのだと知りました。 以来、田尻さんで食事をすることが楽しみになり、単純ではありますが、田尻さんで食事をしているひとときは、つらいことも忘れられました。 一つ一つが丁寧に作られていて、 全ての小鉢の料理が美味しいです。 おすすめは、やはり白身魚のフライとエビフライの定食。そしてカキフライ定食です。 口に含んだ瞬間に幸せが広がります。 もう少ししたら、引越しのため大好きな田尻さんに通えなくなります。 引越し先で、田尻さんの料理よりも美味しいお店を見つけられる自信がありません。 また宇土に伺った際は、ぜひ立ち寄りたいです。 おいしいは、幸せ。 シンプルだけど、とっても大切なことを教えてくれてありがとうございました。 たくさんのおいしい、と しあわせを ありがとう！
