Dà Pào ラーメン Jí Yě ヶ Lǐ Diàn

I used to eat at this restaurant in Kurume City 10 years ago, and the nostalgia of having their Daikan Ramen again after all this time makes my heart flutter. This time, I decided to try their wonton for the first time and ordered it with extra wonton just like in the old days. The soup was rich and creamy, with a hint of sweetness, and the thin straight noodles brought back memories. I finished every last drop of soup, savoring the familiar taste till the very end.

The ramen here is Tonkotsu, and it has a traditional flavor with a unique twist. The gyoza is small but delicious. The interior of the restaurant is well-maintained and clean. Most importantly, the cold green tea was incredibly tasty.

This restaurant is consistently delicious. One great thing about Daikan Ramen is that despite being a famous chain, every branch has excellent service. I highly recommend the classic ramen. It is a rich and flavorful tonkotsu ramen.

大砲ラーメン自体久々、吉野ケ里店は初めてでした。 土曜日の13時頃着き、駐車場がいっぱいで、しばらく待ちました。 店内はあまり広くはありませんでしたが、駐車場の混み具合と比べるとそんなに混み合ってはいませんでした。 チャーシューメンを注文。 娘にはキッズラーメン。 キッズラーメンには、ふりかけおにぎり２個、ゼリー２個、選択できるおもちゃがひとつつきました。 大砲ラーメンは、無難な味と記憶していましたが、やはり今回も同じ印象でした。 塩分は濃いめかな？ 匂いの割に臭くありません。 チャーシューは、薄め。好みが別れるかな？ 途中から色々味変できるのは良し。 他店と違い、天津飯やチャーハンが無いのは寂しいです。 追記 今は長門石店も天津飯などは無くなった様です。

夕食に立ち寄りました。 ラーメンに煮卵追加、半餃子を付けて。 豚骨ラーメンならここ、らしい。美味しかったです。 店員さんもとても親切でサービスも文句なしでした。
