This restaurant offers two options: indoor BBQ and à la carte. This time, we ordered à la carte. The pork cutlet with rice was incredibly tender—the Saitama Ranch did not disappoint. The cutlet may look small but it is thick and easy to eat, with a homemade tonkatsu sauce available for purchase at the next shop. The rice and soup on the side were good, although the consommé soup started to taste a bit off after some time. My wife had the hamburger, which came with a choice of teriyaki or demi-glace sauce. We opted for teriyaki sauce this time, and both the tonkatsu and the hamburger had rich, intense flavors. It felt satisfying to finish the meal with the rice. Since this is a butcher's meat dish, the quality is top-notch. If you enjoy it, you can even buy the ingredients at the nearby shop.
