Slow service due to low staff numbers, sneezing waiter (me and my friend both have the flu now), food that is not freshly prepared which you may expect for the high prizes you're paying, utensils and napkins are thrown on the table, the menu book looks ragged and damaged and this place has the atmosphere of a drunk bar with yelling people.
