Went to the Melville over Easter and it was disappointing no easy way in as front doors all locked had to go around side, and looking for the bottle shop was there but not open. The staff not as friendly as the use to be and it was not as welcoming as we were going to have dinner there but the hotel looks tired. View all feedback.
