What a wonderful experience! We hired Gettin'Fresh for a rehearsal dinner. As a wedding planner, it is my job to make sure our referrals are outstanding and Abbie and her team did an exceptional job! Disappointed terribly. Tried two items at Grand Rapids food truck fest at Calder Plaza May 2023. 1) Fattoush wrap had NO pita chips. Dressing was delicious. 2) Lox sushi burrito didn’t contain lox. The salmon was hot-smoked (cooked) not lox. Rice was not well seasoned and was served cold and crunchy—from a refrigerator — not served appropriately at room temperature.
