Last week, I visited this charming village pub and absolutely loved it. The food was excellent and of high quality. I tried the steak and ale pie, which was clearly made in-house, and it was fantastic. The staff were also very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be returning for another visit! I just got back from the Woodman's after visiting based on the positive reviews. However, I must say I was quite disappointed. I ordered the creamy garlic pasta dish, and it was so bland and tasteless that I couldn't even finish it. When I told our server, he simply smiled and took my plate away, which I found to be an inadequate response. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning. View all feedback.
