This is my new favorite location of Carlos O 'Kelly 's! The decor is unique among our local COK 's. It 's colorful vibe would fit in well on a Mexican beach. I was warmly greeted upon arrival our server was outstanding. The margaritas were better here than at any of the other Wichita locations. View all feedback.

The food was very bland at this location. Other locations have more flavor and have been a more enjoyable experience.
