They don't make them like they used to. I used to love the pretzels but it's just overpriced garbage now. Last time I went there were 3 people working. They all looked dirty... No one is wearing gloves. The cashier is handling money and food at the same time. After all this, the pretzels weren't even fresh or warm at all since they make so many just to sit in the window until someone buys them, which could be hours.... View all feedback.
