I picked up a lead here. we ordered a plate that had pulled pork, ripen, brisket and thrown as well as two sides, so we could try a little of everything. our favorit was the pulled booze and sausage. the ribs were a bit dry, but with their soaking they were great. of what I hear from my friends, her favorite is the good. we are planning to go back and only one job for brisket because the plate had a very small amount... I came for the brisket. Bought the pit platter to go. When I got home to try my new find, the brisket was mostly fat and shreds of meat, no slices. It seemed as though they scraped the fat off the brisket and caught some chunks of brisket in the process, terrible!
