As usual, the food was fantastic. However, the service staff needs to pay more attention to customers, especially when taking orders. The steaks were mouthwatering, tender, and juicy. I wish they would return to allowing customers to select their steak from the glass case, as this way diners can know exactly what cut they will receive. Checked in were told 45 50 minutes. Waited a tad over an hour. Service was excellent. However steaks were very dry and overdone for what we ordered. Server offered new steaks.
