Why is this place named 'CAFE ' when it is actually a BAR?!?!? The place and food were not appealing. I was coming for coffee, so I didn 't stay. When entering and exciting, there was someone smoking by the door, ignoring common courtesy to those entering/exiting and blowing disgusting smoke in their face.
