Stopped by this McDonalds tonight after the Kladno match. Normally, I would not review a McDonalds, but the crew at this McDonalds did a fantastic job. It was very crowded. The service was outstanding. All very calm and extremely friendly. I had a Cheeseburger and 9 piece McNugget and the food was great. Big kudos to this entire group. Unfortunately, today the staff apparently did not have their day. First they gave us a completely different drink on the drive. After that, I got a flury which was supposed to contain caramel and kitkat without kitkat, and we also got medium fries instead of big fries. I'm quite angry. I also worked at mcdonalds and I can understand a lot, but so many mistakes in one small order. Service: 3 View all feedback.

This is a hamburger from the Velká Dobrá branch. Dry, minimal cucumbers, no onions. I do not recommend visiting. Food: 1
