Everytime I get the ultimate cookie it isn't what it says it is. It's melted and I try to give the benefit of the doubt and each time it's wrong. The last time and it is the last time all I got was 3 peices of cookie dough and that's it. I was loyal to this location but it has changed my mind. View all feedback.
