Tried to get a milkshake at 9:00 p.m. (they close at 10:00 p.m.)They said they had to do a defrost and would only make smoothies. Had a party of 4 people wanting ice cream products and would not serve us. They refused to give us any service. Left with nothing. Terrible experience.
