Regular customer who has ordered many times. Phoned last night shortly before 8pm and was told it will be 45mins wait no sign of delivery at 9.45pm so called to find out where the food was. Person who answered said they were down to one delivery driver and it would be here in 5 15mins it did arrive but it was stone cold.
