When our server finally arrived, they didn’t acknowledge the mix-up before suggesting we box up the food they hadn't provided. I was hoping for something more along the lines of, "We really appreciate your patronage and hope to see you again soon, so how about some complimentary appetizers next time?”

We were informed there would be a 35-minute wait for a table at the pub next door, but fortunately, we decided to keep walking and discovered RumRunner. It had been a while since anyone asked us for proof of vaccination.
