Do not order the crispy hand-baked chicken fillet! It was very heavily crushed and so over boiled the chicken literally evaporates behind nothing as hard as a rock-batter coating. Salad buffet is not what it was sadly lacking in the past, even for what is a low-end restaurant. Crab cake was salted very strongly and burned on the ground. Will not go back to this or other Hoss.
