Just finished eating a cupcake. It was a little dry. May I make a suggestion...a little oil in your batter. If you are using water, don't. Milk or almond milk. Maybe add more liquids?For the price, I would like it to be a little less dry. I brought 4, so I am a little worried how they are going to taste?! I'll warm it a little and this will help.
