Chartwell Shopping Centre - Scarborough

What Sammy Davis likes about Chartwell Shopping Centre:
Finding parking is always very challenging here, as the mall is surrounded by 2 plazas. Spots close to the restaurants are almost always occupied, especially during meal times. Food court is great for cheaper, delicious Chinese food, eat in or takeout. Good value for your money! Food court closes late (past 10 pm) most days, depending on which restaurant too. What Katie T doesn't like about Chartwell Shopping Centre:
November 6th Monday at 2 pm. Non peak hour. The female staff at the phone booth in middle of food court did not even bother to answer any question. She kept reading from her phone. She did not bother to look up when customer approached. Not bothered to move from her seat at all. Definitely did not care if she had business at all.
