They need to learn how to make an iced coffee. We were served up a bland iced coffee with too many ice cubes (became watered down by the time we have finished), no ice cream and no cream. When asked why the there was no icecream or cream as per the description on the menu, the response was, sorry I forgot. View all feedback.
