The owners were pleasant, a nice homie vibe. I hate to provide negative feedback but that's how people survive, so I'm reluctant to say that the food was disappointing . The white rice tasted like it was only boiled in water; there was no saving it. The cabbage had nooooo flavor at all. The oxtails... was missing all types of ingredients.
