Went to subway tonight and had an amazing experience. I was highly impressed by Ed’s customer service. It was so refreshing to have someone so enthusiastic about working. He was funny and friendly and gave great suggestions on what would go well with our subs. I will definitely be coming to this location more offen. Thank you Ed for putting a smile on my face. The manager, she was not customer service oriented or friendly. There was no line but waited over 5 minutes watching them make bread and sandwiches before they decided they could finally take our order. My chicken sandwich didn't have much meat either.
