As the Kitchen Manager, I developed the Brewskey's menu from the ground up. However, after I left, the bar manager, who had a tendency to drink heavily, kept altering my kitchen setup. I found it frustrating to see him micromanaging my well-trained kitchen staff, who understood the menu and its intricacies. View all feedback.
