On August 13th, the restaurant experienced a power outage for the night. The owner offered to close, but the employees decided to continue service using traditional methods like pencil and paper. This dedication gives me hope for the future. I commend the owner's parents for raising such hardworking staff. Great job to all involved, and the owner is quite fortunate to have such a team.
