JW is a perfectionist. Her chiffon cakes are high quality. J's cake creations clearly demonstrate her technical expertise in making light fluffy chiffon. The amount of earl grey tea in her chiffon is spot on not too much or too subtle. The pastries, like Mont Blanc, are beautiful and delicious. J has such a gift and passion for baking.
