Thank you for your feedback. I totally understand. The issue is that your staff are not properly trained to ask for identification in a polite manner. Despite having our IDs on hand, we chose to leave because of their extreme rudeness. Additionally, I'm not sure how effective it is to only check IDs, as it would be challenging for you to verify the information on them. I recommend training your staff to be more court...
