A recent tour through Canada led to one of the worst restaurant experiences ever for a reviewer and their friend, who felt the establishment was pretentious and overly Covid-19 paranoid. Disappointing food and poor customer service made for an unpleasant evening. On the other hand, another reviewer found the food at the same restaurant to be decent, with the owner's son being celiac-friendly. Despite mixed experiences, Helna's in Radium received praise for its lovely atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff, including standout service from waitress Chelseah. Highly recommended for those passing through the area.
