The ambiance was pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional. The coffee was slightly overdone, but the chicken omelette was beautifully presented and tasty. Served on toasted sourdough bread, it was packed with chicken, tomatoes, herbs, and just the right amount of cheese. Easily the best chicken omelette I've ever had. What subtle with design doesn't like about Hardware Cafe:
I hate to do bad reviews but I bought a breakfast wrap and it was the most tasteless, cardboard like wrap. It was awful. I am so disappointed because breakfast wraps are usually my favourite Sunday Breakie treat for myself but I'm sorry it was bad. I didn't even finish it. The seagulls thought it was great. The service was fine, a nice looking little cafe but I'm sorry to say I won't be returning. View all feedback.
