Just left the restaurant the owner can view the cameras over time . They came as a family of four with two daughters. We waited more than an hour for the first dish. The last one took more than an hour and a half !!! . And this with an almost EMPTY restaurant. We ordered pasta, borscht and cheese balls with ice cream. Hello. My review is not for guests, but for the owners of Butenko . First of all, I want to express my respect and wish you inspiration and prosperity. You own a wonderful place where you can relax and unwind. Considering the scale of your complex, one can only imagine how much effort and work it cost you. And that 's what I want to say, after living in your hotel for some time and talking with all the staff, it becomes clear that the Owners are tired, tired because time has stopped in the hotel rooms. I understand how not easy it is to stay afloat in such times, but look back and remember what path has been traveled. Love your brainchild don 't let it wither away, don 't be afraid of change, get updated (I understand that animal heads are the hunting achievements of men, but believe women and children, they are not impressive in a pleasant way, they rather scare), your place does not need animal heads, beautiful paintings , flowers and antiques are enough, believe me . Love your employees, because this is a big family and if it is friendly, then the place thrives. Hi all! The place is really chic and very interesting! Nature, silence, horses, everything is very mesmerizing! Very nice interior and energy! The forest cleanses and fills! Definitely a place to rest! But not correct behavior towards the staff they did not pay wages for the hours worked! (and many such actions) Think of a reason! Actually the Universe will also invent a reason for you! All Peace of Respect and Understanding.
