Visiting Spice Merchants, our expectations were high for a great curry experience, but unfortunately, we were left disappointed. The food lacked spice and had unpalatable chicken pieces. Despite friendly service, the quality was lacking. On the other hand, the extensive menu and unique dishes impressed some diners, with the personal service and delicious flavors earning praise. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, the restaurant struggled with being understaffed during busy times. Overall, the restaurant fell short in terms of food quality and spice level, leaving some customers reluctant to return, despite the appealing location and service.
