This Jimmy John's is fantastic—truly one of the best experiences I've had with delivery. They accidentally sent me the wrong sandwich initially, but they went above and beyond to make it right with my next order. When I called a few days later to claim my free sandwich, they remembered me and honored the offer, even including a free soda, which I had offered to pay for. I really love Jimmy John's, but this location is disappointing. I live just two minutes away, but I still prefer to drive to the one in Golden Tally, as it's much better. The hours are inconvenient, the sandwiches are prepared poorly (light on sauces, very little lettuce, and overall lack of quality), and it's slower than most Jimmy John's.
