The bagels here are fantastic, and the service is excellent due to the friendly and attentive staff. I ended up ordering a frozen yogurt and placed it on the counter. Without looking at me, she told me to put it on the scale, which I did. After I paid, she again didn't look up and said, "You're all done." I couldn't believe the lack of interaction! I regret tipping her 10% because she certainly didn't deserve it.
