I am French. I came to First Watch while on a business trip to Durham on my own. I LOVED the place! The food is very good, the juices are great, the people are nice. This is stupid to say, but the level of the table/chair makes it comfortable to eat, unlike many other places I came in Durham.It's the closest I have found to brunch places I go to when I'm home. I wanted to try here because we have one in my city and they are always packed. I have heard the food was delicious and it didn't disappoint until after I finished my food. After finishing I noticed a few of the cooks and servers were blowing and picking their noses without washing hands or changing gloves. Just went right back to cooking/prepping.
