It is really cool you can make your own noodle just the way you like. They have my favorite bean sprouts, king oyster mushrooms and pork wontons! My husband chose tonkotsu ramen and I did pumpkin udon. The pumpkin soup was really good....the pumpkin flavor is subtle, not overpowering.
