What Mark N doesn't like about Panera Bread:
My wife asked for a different bread than the one that typically comes with the sandwich she ordered. She's done this successfully at multiple Paneras, including this one. But because the cashier couldn't figure it out and apparently the manager couldn't be bothered, she couldn't get the sandwich the way she wanted it.
