Everything was excellent. Friendliness of staff, cleanliness and comfort in the rooms and the restaurant food in the evening and breakfast was first class. We have stayed at this hotel regularly for our annual trip to Haydock races. One area of improvement would be the provision of shower mats as standard. By the time we realised it was o on request one of us were using the shower. View all feedback.

The room was nice and large and bright however the bathroom was dirty on arrival and we had to request a service visit. The staff here were not very nice in fact they were rude and unhappy not a smile between them it was very stange.
