I believe it is owned by or else is the hangout for a local martial arts impresario. The locals come there to stroke his ego very loud conversations with no regard for the other patrons. We were here on Remembrance Day and the waitress came around at 10 to 11 am to tell people that the restaurant would go quite at 11am.
