We initially ordered two of the same beers, but one arrived in a chilled glass with the wrong brew, while the other came in a warm glass that needed to be washed before serving. For an appetizer, we chose cheesy bread, but it came out along with our pizza instead. When the food was ready, there were no napkins provided.
