Incompetent restaurant management. First the staff claimed that the restaurant is full and send hotel guest away even. The entire restaurant was empty (see foto). Once called out on the obvious fact that the restaurant is empty, the staff came up with a new story and blamed it on a technical issues. In total the staff was not believable and rude.
