Totally out of character for a Fairmont Hotel restaurant. The service was extremely poor and slow. The hamburger was so overcooked and dry, the meat crumbled. I could not eat it and ate a vegetable sandwich (bun and stuff minus meat :)). Server apologized and offered an aperitif but it never came. Worst service in any Fairmont We have ever had.
