First time at a Philippine restaurant, we walked by in the morning and decided to try it in the evening, not sure about what to expect. The location from the outside is not the best, but inside there's a warm, genuine atmosphere. My 1st 5/10 rate. The bulalo doesn't taste like bulalo, the vegetables are over cooked. The waiter never smiles, he seems tired.
