I've knocked a star because it's a fast food place, so they may take longer than they should (but that means our food is fresh! and rarely get a job wrong or forget something. The order was wrong. My husband and son were fine because the drive-thru was crazy busy. They didn't get the order right. After he was confronted by the screw in the restaurant, the crew girl ran out of the restaurant after my husband had repaired it immediately! Even though I didn't get my food after a second attempt, we've never seen an employee who repaired an order after a customer. Kuddos to her for it! View all feedback.
