Dated, daggy and funny looking. That was my first thought but this is a family run indian restaurant that is managed with lots of pride I'm terms of what comes out of the kitchen. We've been to Saffron at least a dozen times and always had fantastic Indian meals. This visit was disappointing in the extreme. The roast leg of lamb was just chunks of overcooked lamb and the chicken in coconut milk was just that - precooked chunks of chicken in coconut milk with no flavour at all.
