I absolutely adore Union Block Coffee. It is my favorite coffee shop without a doubt. The coffee is incredibly fresh and has a natural flavor that you can smell in the aroma alone. This is the only place where I feel like I'm actually tasting the coffee itself, rather than just the milk/creamer and sugar/syrup.
